Last April it flew into my <a href="http://amandoline.tumblr.com/post/99849336/weirdest-thing-of-my-day" target="_blank">window</a> and ever since then I have been trying to figure out what kind of bird it was and trying to take a photo of it. We spotted it last June and I figured out that it is a <a href="http://amandoline.tumblr.com/post/128876693/this-is-the-kind-of-hawk-that-has-been-chillin" target="_blank">sharp-shinned hawk</a>. We played its call over and over in the backyard trying to convince him to come back so we could get a shot, but it failed. I was so excited when I pulled into my driveway and saw it sitting in the neighbors driveway.
